Color: Amber with darker tints. Nose: Young, pungent; shows dry fruit aromas and orange peel. Palate: Young but shows incredible potential with extremely long finish. DOMAINE AU MARTIN 3.5 hectares of sandy soil, planted mostly to 50 year old Bacco vines with a bit of 20 year old Colombard and St.-Emilion. Owner M. Guy Deyres distills to 106 °. Local white oak.
