LUXARDO LACRIME D'ORO

A classic Mediterranean pastry aroma concentrate, Lacrime d’Oro, meaning golden tears, is made from the infusion and later distillation of numerous medicinal herbs and aromatic spices—Angelica Archangelica, Cardamom, Cinnamon, nutmeg, Clove and Coriander, to name a few. After long maceration, the infusions are fractionally distilled to isolate the most aromatic components. Intense and persistent, slightly heady and brilliant in color— all are signature characteristics of Lacrime d’Oro. Especially well suited for almond-based pastries.
